Black Creek is one of the few places near the city building genuinely new luxury homes at any scale, and on the course the shell is the quick part. Cabinetry and outdoor-living joinery are specified last and compromised first, which is why so many of these houses look better in the brochure.
We build the joinery in our own Chattanooga workshop and fit it ourselves, drawn before the schedule gets tight rather than after. Along Black Creek Club Drive and River Gorge Drive, the finish is the entire difference between the houses.
